is responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and for maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. She plans and organizes the kitchen process the weekly menus and ensures the high quality of the food.
Shelf management includes restocking the shelves, checking product availability and the correct placement of goods. She also ensures that the shelving area is clean and tidy.
serves guests, takes orders and collects payments at the table. She is responsible for friendly and professional service and ensures that service runs smoothly.
takes care of serving food and drinks, takes orders, but without cashing up. She creates a pleasant atmosphere and supports the team in looking after guests.
supports the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, preparing food and cleaning. She helps to ensure that the work area in the kitchen always remains clean and tidy.
A cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene in the various areas of the facility. They clean rooms, floors and sanitary facilities and ensure that all guests feel comfortable.
The laundry/janitor is responsible for maintenance work, minor repairs and looking after the outdoor facilities. He also takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of of our washing facilities and the tank area.
The store assistant is responsible for selling products, advising customers and displaying goods in the store area. They ensure that the shelves are stocked and that the sales area remains tidy and attractive.
